We have assembled a team of experienced and certified craftsmen, engineers, and designers with a commitment to quality and efficiency.  Each gate that we produce, is designed according to your specific needs and requirements.
We produce a design specification which is signed off by the customer, before we start the work of creating the gate itself.  The specification document shows you what the gate will look like, how it is fixed to the posts, what the opening mechanism is, the details of the design itself, the centre fixing and quality of finish.
Additionally if you have asked for it to be automatic opening, we will show you how that will work.

We will reduce risk by getting your sign off on these details in the specification first.  That way you can be sure of what you have asked for and will be getting.

Each of the gates we show on our site are ones that we are able to produce to a high standard of finish quality, are fully working, and we can install at your premises as you require.

We have a great team of design engineers, production specialists and installation engineers and between this assembled team of experienced and certified craftsmen, engineers, and designers, you can be assured of a quality gate, fence, shutter door, or whichever product you have ordered.

You have the choice of collecting your finished item from our premises and installing it yourself, using your own staff or contracted party.  

However we offer the option of us delivering the product to your premises and installing it for you.  This means a minimum of fuss and inconvenience to you and very little impact on your busy schedule, as we will deliver and install at a date and time that we agree with you beforehand.

Delivery times for your ordered item can vary depending on the type of item it is, your location and the delivery service used.  For example if it is a motorised shutter door for a large aperture, and our supplier is out of stock of the engine, we will have to wait until it is available.  

We will discuss any such dependencies if they arise with you, as we believe in clear communications and transparency, enabling you to be clear on all aspects of our quality service to you.

In all cases we will provide an estimate of the delivery timeframe, ensuring you have a clear expectation of when you can expect to receive your order and it's installation.

We produce a wide range of designs of each product shown and can also produce the design that you have in mind.  Call us to discuss what your idea or concept is and we will create an initial drawing that you can view, make suggested changes, and do this 2 or 3 times until you agree the specification we produced is right for you.

Once that has been done, we can discuss the rest of the details, including how long it will take to produce, if you want it installed, a potential installation window and the costs involved.  After we get your go ahead in writing, we will then manufacture your design into reality.
